I don't like how Microsoft Dynamics 365 contains outdated templates because it reduces the software's ability to compete. Additionally, purchasing a genuine Dynamics 365 version is rather expensive. Easy to use, but not always reliable

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR from other similar products?
I have only used D365 for CRM tracking, so I don't have a comparison. To get to specific functions, you must go through several screens, which is not always intuitive, especially when first learning. The mobile app was unreliable and had issues with intuitive navigation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the customization and that I could set my dashboard to have precisely what I needed and leave off things I did not.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Moving from one screen to another, and sometimes to another, to find something that should be more front and center.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have your end users test it to ensure it works for them, especially if they are in the field. The CRM process often needs to be quick, and if it takes more than 5 minutes to enter information, that is generally too long.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
