What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp integrates with almost all of the software products I use in the course of my daily work. I haven’t encountered any other email marketing platform with vast integration capabilities like Mailchimp.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mailchimp sets no limitation when it comes to segmenting targeted audience. I can segment my target audience based on how they have interacted with newsletters we sent them via Mailchimp, or even import our own customized segmentation data into Mailchimp without glitches.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mailchimps poor support for video files on its email template is amongst the current bottlenecks we have to navigate on Mailchimp. Likewise, the Mailchimp mobile application is limited in terms of what I am able to do, as against when I use Mailchimp on computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asides the limitations I already mentioned, I think Mailchimp should be able to address most aspect of any organizations email marketing demands.

Mailchimp allowed us more targeted communication for smaller client groups

Unique targeted marketing emails...not as strong for a wider client base

Mot ideal for large client base but essentially not designed for that

Take the course, learn the ropes and you will get more added value in the long run

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp interface is comparatively very friendly than the other competing softwares. Also MailChimp offers a free subscription for businesses with a small/medium email contact list which is also a very interesting fact about MailChimp!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the feature where MailChimp allows us to add any snippet into the email template, this helps to make the email more customizable and interesting!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mailchimp doesn't easily allows you to integrate gifs, jpgs and other media into the existing email template

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended for anyone/any business who is trying to automate their Email activity! The features are amazing and also this has a very friendly user interface!
