It's simplicity and customisation options with ease of user friendly interface

The opportunities it's shows coming from the leads and prospects in the form of graph I like the most

What do you dislike most about this product?

I did not dislike anything about it,I am looking forward to new and upgrade it infact in the coming times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will recommend to integrate SEO platforms to enhance its productivity and will definitely recommend it to other saas users for great prospect analytics

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

For me, it’s a very versatile CRM that has allowed us to store a vast amount of information. However, we aren't currently getting as much out of it as we’d like. When I compare it to other CRMs, I feel its potential is almost limitless, as there are still many features we haven’t mastered yet and are learning to make work for us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I’m really loving the AI side of things and how it enriches our prospect data within the CRM. It’s also incredible how well it integrates; for instance, we currently have it synced with Apollo.io and RingCentral.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the fact that it has so many features and is so customizable makes it somewhat complex. It requires dedicating several hours a week to truly understand it and set it up properly, ensuring it remains an asset rather than becoming a burden.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since it’s one of the top five CRMs on the market, it practically sells itself. Based on what my boss has mentioned, it's also relatively affordable compared to everything it can do, so it’s definitely a great option.

The userfriendly wonderfully intuitive layouts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The rigid contractual structure that doesn't allow a small business with changing needs to add or remove licenses as needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommended for established businesses with decades of business experience under its belt.
