What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
HubSpot Sales Hub offers a range of tools that differentiates them from their competitors. These tools include email templates, automated email sequences, embedded video links, and tracked document links. All of which I use on a day-to-day. HubSpot also allows users to create personalized meeting links, so prospects can book time directly with me based on their availability and is much more efficient then going back on fourth over email.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favoutite aspect of the product is the ability to build out sales sequences. I can create a sequence to include both tasks and specific emails, of which I can create using email templates. By doing so I can focus on performing my activities without the need to have high level of manual work. A great example if the fact that emails are automatically sent and tracked, without the need for manual creation. This feature alone saves me time on a daily basis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My dislikes in relation to HubSpot Sales Hub is the need for third party extensions to track phone calls. This would mean the business would have to purchase additional software and change the Telephony system. I would like to see a automation with our current solution used, or the ability to automate with any telephony solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If any business is looking to adopt a innovative CRM solution that is cost-efficient an can be highly customized to your needs I would suggest would highly recommend HubSpot Sales Hub as both a CRM solution and marketing solution.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
I've used a few sales tools in the past, and one of the things that always frustrated me was the steep learning curve. HubSpot is incredibly intuitive, with drag-and-drop features, easy customization options, and a clean, simple layout. This has saved me a lot of time when onboarding new team members or just trying to get things set up quickly. The automation capabilities are also a big plus. I love the workflow automation tools, which allow me to set up personalized follow-up sequences, reminders, and even trigger actions based on contact behaviour- it’s a huge time-saver
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of HubSpot Sales Hub is definitely the automation and workflow tools. They save me so much time and make the whole sales process run more smoothly. For example, I can set up a workflow that automatically sends a personalized email to a lead once they fill out a form on our website, then another email a few days later if they don’t respond. On top of that, HubSpot allows me to assign tasks to myself or my team based on certain criteria, so we never miss an opportunity to follow up or engage with a contact at the right moment. Another reason I love the automation is that it allows me to focus on higher-level strategic work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Email deliverability can be an issue at times, especially when using mass emails or sequences. I’ve had moments where some emails get flagged as spam, which isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker, but it can definitely affect the consistency of outreach. HubSpot does offer tools to optimize deliverability, but it’s something to keep an eye on if email marketing is a major part of the strategy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If email outreach is a big part of your sales strategy, it’s worth paying attention to how HubSpot handles email deliverability. Make sure your emails are optimized and not flagged as spam, especially when you start using sequences or mass emails. It’s a good idea to test your emails with smaller batches before going full scale.
