A recommendable PM tool

What differentiates Hitask from other similar products?
Hitask iuser-friendly interface is what I consider a game changer. With this feature, any of clients or colleagues can begin using it right after installation, even without sophisticated technology skills. Aside from that, it incorporate all the critical task management functions such as time tracking, reporting, assignment and task sharing. Being able to find all these functions in one products has proven useful to my department.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The combination of all crucial PM tools in Hitask is the greatest benefit for us. It saves us the hassle of having to purchase separate software to carry out these functions. Its collaboration tools are reliable and work efficiently enabling collaborators to share and store files at the same time. I also like the intuitive and friendly layout both on computer and phone OS.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although I haven’t found much trouble with Hitask, its customer support function is unresponsive most of the time. I am unable to get real time responses when I need them most. This software might also be more beneficial to my workplace if made more customizable, especially in the calendar tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From my experience, Hitask offers you everything you need in project management and tracking as a team leader.

Easy to create and assign tasks to team. store documents and files Simple to integrate with Google Calendar
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy and quick to install & set up. Track time spent on tasks and projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Significant issues with uploading a large amount of tasks. Anything above 250 tasks and it will slow down the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Better productivity is achieved. A layman can start using Hitask as against the highly advanced task management softwares. Planning and scheduling can be done effectively.
