What differentiates Globalscape EFT from other similar products?

Support had been exceptional. When we had questions or issues, they got resolved quickly. That means a lot to me. The product has been pretty much bullet proof once we got it set up and running

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once set up it just runs with barely any hands on usage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product. Sales was easy to deal with and support has been excellent.

Very easy to install and update. The administration is much simpler and easy to manage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of installation and upgrade

What do you dislike most about this product?

Too many modules. The support could be much better! The support website is filled with old data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Purchase the higher level of support! Provide more Event Rule examples! There should already be a number of event rule examples given the life of this product.
