What differentiates FLYR Hospitality from other similar products?
The hotel was not in a city, and the property is quite established. Hence, aminly compset pricing model RMS was not an option. Moreover, the property still has static agreements, which FLYR can take into account
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The BI is definitely something I love and have started using for my day-to-day reporting and understanding of the business. And throughout the integration process, it was easy to let it go and switch to full price automation. This is mainly thanks to the trust we built towards the product during the onboarding process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's less of a product fault. It was a new integration between the RMS and the pur PMS, so it was a learning curve for everyone.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Regardless if you are a city hotel or a resort, FLYR can guarantee that your pricing structure will be optimised
