Epicor CRM is efficient and comes with a simple user-interface where it offers all users irrespective of their size to adopt and use with minimal problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Epicor CRM helps us understand our customers and their preferences and this helps us enhance our services and serve them well at all times. Its accurate in streamlining our customer relationship and has helped us grow our customer base and in the process, our revenue. Epicor CRM is affordable and lowly charged thus enables all users to acquire it and use without hurting their resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes poor internet connections disrupt the proper usage of the platform and inhibit the customer relationship management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Epicor CRM will improve how you relate with your customers and enhance how you work to the best and bring efficiency.
