The drag-and-drop email editor and customizable templates allow users to create professional-looking emails quickly and easily without any coding or design experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting and analytics is too basic. Advanced reporting tools such as A/B testing analytics, deeper engagement insights, or funnel tracking are lacking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for small business owner, nonprofit, or someone just getting started with email marketing. Its easy-to-use interface, drag-and-drop email editor, and extensive library of templates make it accessible even for those without design or technical experience. In addition, the pricing is affordable and customer service is top notch.
