What differentiates Clari Copilot from other similar products?

The amazing integration possibilities with Clari. Clari Copilot is available in an interface that also shows stacks of other data and reporting (all 100% customizable, with the help of your Clari CRM) so you can see a LOT of granular detail about the deal in question or the reps overall pipeline or activity. This has the potential to allow for more holistic coaching and deal review, and reflecting on closed-won deals and closed-lost deals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Really, the way you can see technique vs behavior vs outcome in one place. Technique would be how the rep manages the call and the behavior and outcome is largely captured in "regular clari" dashboards (assuming you have those set up (and set up correctly!!)). It helped me make a stronger case for reps to change either technique or behavior based on the outcomes it produces.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The temptation to use it to coach asynchronously. This was heavily pushed as a feature by the sales and marketing teams at Clari but we actually found just reviewing calls and engaging in active conversations with the people on my team boosted performance more. The team got to share their thoughts and thought process with me in our 1:1s and that helped them learn technique more deeply.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I realize the integration with Clari reports is nice but you may be able to save a few bucks by just recording a few conversations per AE a week and reviewing them "old school" while also reviewing all the data and reporting Clari throws out. Basically, you may not 100% need it if you are a cost-conscious organization.

What differentiates Clari Copilot from other similar products?

Other products do not provide as many tools to help sales representatives grow and this tool takes full marks in how it helps teams develop their skills effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software analyzes your calls providing insights that allow you to improve and close deals faster. Clari Copilot is an excellent addition to any sales team because of its intuitive features which make it easier than ever to understand sales interactions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Great services! Whenever I find something important during a call, I can quickly share it, and that helps us all work together better. It makes our teamwork feel seamless.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its insightful features and user-friendly design can help you better understand your calls and sales strategy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

By capturing the dialogues across multiple channels, Clari Copilot guides me to target customers' needs to get more productive outcomes. It has improved my sales strategies at large by streamlining the communication which enables me to refine the approach of my customer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike about Clari, everything is going perfect.

The aim of this platform is to give insight knowledge about customer demands to enable the organizations to formulate their future strategies according to them.
