What differentiates ChurnZero from other similar products?

I haven't used many other products yet, but I have heard from decision makers that CZ team responded really quickly while other product teams hadnt even gotten back to us as potential customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Playbook, Customer Journeys and Surveys

What do you dislike most about this product?

Service team is a little bit delayed when it comes to resolving issues. Also, working with multiple Timezones is a task in itself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its worth your time to check if the product fits your use-case. Definitely a good starting point for success teams

What differentiates ChurnZero from other similar products?

ChurnZero is different from other platforms by how easy it is to create custom tables and fields. The wizard to create them makes it very easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very easy to create custom tables apart from the ones that are there by default. In addition, it allows you to create links between fields between different tables so that you can see information related to one asset in one window.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think they could benefit from having more documentation on how to utilize third-party vendor platforms to integrate data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The CSM team has been tremendously responsive and helpful. I would reach out to them with any questions you may have.

What differentiates ChurnZero from other similar products?

ChurnZero is a nice product that has efficient our client experience team’ reach out. We love making plays among ChurnZero to automatize the processes that we used to do by hand. It has cut out tons of work for the cx team. I conjointly love the feature to view all messages sent and received between customers and members of my team. It is a game changer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the way that Churn Zero has consolidated our several information sources into one system and surfaced them in such a way to supply valuable insights. From even the first day of using Churn Zero our team was excited to examine things like usage data across all of our shoppers in one place, simply visible and grouped to identify trends, yet as time has passed on, the features have only increased.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s a precise level of customization that we don’t have access to despite subscription type and it’s one thing that I think would make the tool even more powerful. Whether it's being able to make our formula fields or the ability to set up grouping functionality in segments, there are several options I'd like to see down the road which I think would make iteration and analysis that much faster.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like the ability of the Journey we can create to stay on course with each client and recognize where we left off with such ease. The dashboards are an incredible tool to utilize and can be customizable. I like everything concerning this platform and how it syncs with alternative tech stacks we presently use.
