From a cloud engineers point of view this event driven pipeline is very useful it is easy to build automation and alerts with live insights.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can automate real time touchpoints by setting trigger rules in cloud pipelines manual steps are significantly reduced.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If the schema is not clean health scores and segment logic can be inconsistent the setup phase requires some technical investment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its real-time customer health and alerts, which help me spot risks early and take timely action before issues turn into churn and is always a relevant and key metric for stakeholders

What do you dislike most about this product?

One key thing is its interface as mostly it feels dense with a lot of information at once. Also, some advanced customizations require ongoing tuning to stay effective

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend clearly defining the customer health metrics and workflows before implementation
