What differentiates Aptean CRM from other similar products?
OnContact offers the high customization in screen formatting, buttons, toolbar and many more according to the individual interest and business rule. This platform can be accessed through all mobile devices and browser sizes. Automated Mapping shows the location of those prospects that are close or near the zone of the salesperson location. The email automation and scheduling with the help of calendar is also a feature that makes it impressive platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Helps the enterprises in exploring different opportunities in the market to help in designing and managing new product development. The customer services sector can keep full track of all incoming calls and outgoing calls, to later help the sales/marketing department in reaching to the prospects with a good pricing and to gather the full information of the customer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not user friendly. This platform requires a lot of clicks to make any change in data. The high number of customization features is also a drawback, because it misses up the settings. The mobile version of this platform lacks many functionalities that are present in its web-interface that makes the system so limited to their users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
OnContact is specially designed for the middle market companies, it is a jack of all platform but the small businesses can get a full advantage through it as its integration with the different tools lets this platform to be used as a single source of multiple data collection.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
OnContact CRM has a modern user interface that, is meant to make navigation easier, enhance user adoption, and provide a consistent, intuitive, and adaptable user experience. It also includes advanced statistical analysis, global search capability, interactive reports and dashboards, simple customization tools, and connectivity with QuickBooks, Outlook, Gmail, and other applications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
OnContact software is good for all the features and the functionality but the only drawback is the price. The prices for software are too high and not the ordinary person can afford it easily. Additionally, they haven't launched their free trials and free version yet, which is a bit disappointing from their side.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
OnContact CRM is extremely configurable, allowing users to alter toolbars, buttons, and fields to meet their workflows and business standards. OnContact caters to the demands of a variety of businesses, including technology, healthcare, banking, and insurance. Thus, don’t wait further and grab the premium plan to enjoy unlimited features.

What differentiates Aptean CRM from other similar products?
The OnContact ten update has brought numerous feature enhancements, it primarily a brand new piece of software. The adaptative interface is slick and intuitive and therefore the integration with the Workwise ERP system helps simply us move marketing leads to client sales orders. We just like the mobile interface, that permits sales to set up more practical trips and have the foremost up-to-date information at their finger tips.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
OnContact was amazing throughout the onboarding process. Our contacts were terribly attentive and aware of our needs. OnContact was able to guide us when changing from another system and so customizing varied options to satisfy our needs. Being “cloud” based permits all our users to access the system regardless of what their location. System speed and latency has been excellent. OnContact is releasing new helpful features on a daily basis that profit our organization. Example: customised Searching, Mapping, Integration with Google, Bulk Emailing and having the ability to trace promoting campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The application isn’t optimized for data entry. Though you’ll use “workflow” to vary some data in bulk, it can take loads of clicks to update some data points. User defined import is rising but not at the level of some systems that permit you to update data using an import. Not as straightforward to use and navigate as i’d like. Would additionally wish to see some canned, but refined reports except having to do individual searches.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Their simple use, price, integration with different applications and cloud choices were so much superior to other product we demoed therefore it’s an excellent and promising tool that will help you in achieving your desire goal and is useful in progress.
