What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have lots of tickets on a daily basis and using Vivantio makes it easier for us to compile, close and approve tickets. we can also generate the tickets we've closed so it's easy for us to audit.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some lagging issues at times but it doesn't affect our over all task.

The ability to combine multiple teams centred on its product - tickets, tasks, reports, and so on. It implies that you may involve everyone in your IT department.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Vivantio provides excellent customer service. Their customer service is attentive to concerns, and they genuinely care about delivering a high-quality product. They also collaborated with us to tailor the platform to our firm's specific requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My main gripe is the way the UI looks on different devices. Even the latest FLEX version has difficulty showing on some monitor sizes/resolutions. I recently discovered the mobile version of the site, which works great on phones, but it's absolutely barren out of the box and would require configuration to be useful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The services are simple to set up, but it takes time. Depending on the amount of customisation you want, you may need to set up many hours or perhaps a few weeks. Particularly when it comes to any report requirements you may have.
