The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
It has a comprehensive freemium version, which allows organisations who are starting out and have limited capital or organisational teams to use a great off the shelf product without having to seek budgetary sign off to go and purchase a tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and simplicity is definitely the highlight for this product. Anyone who hasn't used a similar product before would be able to quickly upskill themselves using the intuitive tool and help options.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Whilst i do truly love this product, and it has many benefits. The linear task management approach may not be suitable for complex projects, agile teams, and software developers. When i've worked for software companies, i found the development teams quickly outgrew trello and needed a more comprehensive tool for complex projects. If you need a more robust package with advanced features like attaching tasks to subtasks, creating roadmaps, or reviewing iterations, you may want to consider other options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say if you're new to Trello, I suggest starting with a small project to familiarise yourself with the platform's features and capabilities. Once you're comfortable, you can gradually scale up to larger and more complex projects. It really is quick to pick it up.
