What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

While some project management solutions are expensive and underwhelming, Trello is the polar opposite of inexpensive and provides a lot of bang for our cash. Most of the top project management platforms have a mobile app, but Trello's is a popular choice among users. We can accomplish almost everything we can on the desktop version with it, reducing project management to just a few taps and everyone can stay informed even if they don't have access to a computer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything is simple and takes only a few clicks, from starting a new project to onboarding new team members. In less than five minutes, we can sign up and start managing our next project. The automation options are generous and just as simple to set up, despite their simplicity. The automation bot of Trello makes it easier than ever to build up rule-based triggers and desired actions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no method to link tasks to subtasks or identify how a delayed task may affect others in this system. But it is not an issue for me because, when the need comes, I have found another option, and we use this technology in a slightly different way at times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've been having troubles with the mobile app because it always appears to deliver notifications late, no matter what settings I choose, so I've been relying more on email and desktop notifications to stay up with whatever my team notifies. When I'm on the go and need to add something to the kanban boards, I use the mobile app.
