What differentiates SimpleTexting from other similar products?

Simplicity of product. Effective management dashboard for campaign execution, response and analysis. Lastly, it ensures SMS campaign is completely compliant and keeps interaction with customers trustworthy from first text.

Ease of responding to individual customers via desktop web based mode or responding to entire campaigns

What do you dislike most about this product?

A bit of self learning/ self exploration of product is required

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it. It will simplify your customer interaction and allow for flexible expansion of use if your user base or customer base continues to grow.
