The usage itself is good and secure. Its easy to access and CR request and all are made easier with the portal details and tickets raised easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The secure and easy to access the tickets are pleasing. The search base is also well defined and help in referring history of tickets easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So for there is nothing i would dislike about SNOW. But it will be preferable if automation for ticket raising is brought into the picture.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will surely recommend to many as its a good software to use and implement
