What differentiates ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate from other similar products?
The API exposure options available with the tool , it allows us to create and organise the data in the way we wish our table , sorting any way. we will be able to organise the data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The exposure of the metrics, audit and the data maintenance usability in this platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
intermiddent crash or failures or some sudden null response returned. this disturbs the whole workflow we are running.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Easy flow to follow, easy to maintain dashboard and one of the best cloud management tools to manage workflows. ( in a customised way )

Sometimes Instances don't work correctly, shows null responses, and we can't even contact support from their website, but whenever it works, it works completely fine and meets my expectations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It helped us to improve our IT operations by streamlining the processes, automating tasks and providing visibility in IT services. Also it helped us to make better business decisions with the help of business intelligence tools.
