There is a visible direction of innovation for some aspects of the tool, though not all are fully implemented.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The layout of the menus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Product is still under development in some areas, and support is awful. Tool has also proven unreliable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would go another direction, even if it means more money.
