What differentiates Planview ProjectAdvantage from other similar products?
Within Sciforma PPM dashboards, interfaces to find real-time data have been created, making quick decision adjustments possible. The tools for resource management in Sciforma PPM are so efficient that they are capable of distributing the workload fairly among teams, thus preventing burnout, and as a result, projects run smoothly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
On the other hand, the flexibility of the software in fitting into our exclusive needs as opposed to dictating to us what to do is the key feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While it can serve as an excellent tool for project management on the big scale, Sciforma PPM can be a bit slow in handling small design tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The scheduling functionality in Sciforma PPM has turned around the way we handle and keep track of design projects.

What also makes Sciforma PPM stand out is its capability of showing integrated multiple projects, which could benefit a lot. It enables both, the agile and the waterfall models, and the possibility of using both within the same project, depending on individual or team requirements. About reporting and compliance This makes it easier for the project managers to meet high levels of reporting and control in line with acceptable international standards.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In my opinion, the strong point of Sciforma PPM is that it has a clear, rather intuitive, and at the same time very versatile interface. Another advantage of this tool is that it also enables it to adapt to the existing enterprise systems, hence improving the flow of work and also providing logical integration of data from these departments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
All in all, Sciforma PPM is a very good application, but there is always room for improvement, such as in the case of the mobile application that is slightly developed than the one that is for PC. The software could develop more individualized options for notifications that are to be sent to the users to prevent the alert fatigue that is realized under the standard configuration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our experienced relief has been about implementing Sciforma PPM for project portfolio management. Altogether, this alive dynamic of being able to oversee and make adjustments in the course of the project has most importantly led to good decisions that made positive outcomes of the project. It has provided a more efficient management flow or approach towards the management of the projects with set goals (or objectives) to be achieved.
