What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
Having worked with Salesforce Sales with multiple clients, the options and customization are limitless. This software allows you to have multiple tabs open providing organized multitasking. Salesforce Sales can be used as a bridge to interact with consumers, and keep data easily. Essentially it's your go-to CRM.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is Sandbox. Sandbox is a practice environment for employees like me to test and practice out the system, and become familiar with the system before going into the live environment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There aren't any current dislikes about the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise gives buyers complete control with customization to ensure each consumer endures a smooth professional interaction. If you're looking to improve your employees' level of service, easily view statistics, and keep up with your employees and trends with one system, then this will be the go-to.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
Unlike other tools, we can say that this is unique since you can have all the necessary information to keep sales processes up to date and follow up on pending negotiations and potential customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about this tool is that it is very friendly, the tools are intuitive, which makes it very easy to use, its functionality when you enter data from databases.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since we've been using this tool, we can say that we haven't found any flaws in it, since Salesforce has everything it takes to provide detailed monitoring of each person involved in the customer-company business relationship.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the reasons why I can recommend this tool is because it allows you to control and measure all processes, both administrative and sales, it is wonderful.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
It's like comparing a V12 engine to a V8 or V6, the others are still going to be plenty powerful for most of your likely needs; however, if you want to take things to that next level where you have all the pieces in play to stretch it's legs and setup the product in the way that makes it most effective then you will find a noticeable difference between this and competitors. That being said, a tiny percentage of companies are positioned in such a way and are capable of understanding how to strategically tie it all together to make the most effective use of Salesforce, especially at it's price point.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has everything under the sun under its hood and if you are a skilled Salesforce user, and really have an advanced grasp of the product and it's features/capabilities, there really is nothing out there that really competes from top to bottom.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's lightning integration was a great addition from a UX standpoint, but they need to really give the product a 360 and assess whether it's become more of a hazard to the key aspects that a modern revenue engine requires to be effective.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce is still the number CRM of choice and the best of breed, especially for companies at the enterprise level. That being said, any startups that are in hypergrowth or earlier stage and looking to scale have other more cost effective options out there now that are way more user friendly and have a breadth of features that are more practical. Do not just consider Salesforce anymore, just because you've always used it or because of the name.
