it keeps employee and IT management in one place. It makes routine tasks easier and saves time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features can take time to understand, especially during the initial setup. The interface could also be a little simpler in some areas.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend it if you want to manage IT and employee-related tasks from one place. It’s worth taking some time to set it up properly so you can get the most out of the platform.

What differentiates Rippling IT from other similar products?

I used it to manage employee laptops. It made provisioning and software deployment easier, and having everything in one place saved time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to manage all company devices from one dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features felt complex for first-time users ,it need to update

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend taking some time to configure device policies and automate onboarding during the initial setup. Once configured, the platform makes it much easier to manage employee devices, deploy software, and keep everything organized from a single dashboard.
