What differentiates Nintex from other similar products?
Nintex offers features that no one else offers such as approval within an Email. Nintex is also very easy to use and learn
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The approval processes are easier to use and deploy than anyone else's products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nintex pricing for the cloud is killing it as a viable product for organizations 100% in the cloud. As result, Nintex is becoming an on premise mainly used solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great for organizations that are on premise but not so good for 100% cloud-based organizations.

Easy to use and understand. We can build sophisticated workflow-based apps in a matter of days. It is very scalable due to its service agents.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although the platform has good functionality, the associated costs are high.

Nixtex is the platform that every organization needs for its simplicity, usefulness, cloud-based nature, friendly staff, ability to connect processes and documents, group security and element integration.
