What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
The portability of Microsoft Forms is perhaps its greatest strength. The responsive forms that users of Microsoft Forms may design can be used for various purposes, from surveys and quizzes to contact and registration forms. Use it in-house as an employee survey or publish it publicly on your website to collect data that's a breeze to analyze and share.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use and has plenty of features for gathering information from a wide range of people in a streamlined survey, quiz, or poll that I can share through invitation links. Like many others, I find the ability to apply themes and upload files very useful, as well as the submission message customization and branching features. The Microsoft spreadsheets will come in handy for data analysis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Microsoft Forms since it's so easy to use, and I never run into any problems. It does what it's supposed to, and I like that it gives customers an estimate of how long it will take them to finish a survey or form I've made using it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When I need to conduct surveys for my research, Microsoft Forms gives me a simple and effective solution. I created quizzes for formative evaluation in eLearning programs using Microsoft Forms. What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Send forms to be completed for either quality, evaluation, or anything else that needs to be an easy way to ask questions business-wide or to customers. I have collected information about a variety of people for events at both my colleges and my place of employment. Because of the responses tab and the ease with which email ids can be accessed, it is now very simple for me to immediately send an email to a participant after they have registered for an event. At the moment, I am using Microsoft Forms to create surveys on a daily basis for the online learning sessions that we host in order to get feedback on those sessions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This platform is incredibly useful for generating and carrying out a wide variety of polls, surveys, forms, and quizzes of all shapes and sizes. If you use the templates provided by the best tools or websites for creating interactive quizzes, forms, and surveys online, then you won't have to put in a lot of effort, and it will be simple for any user to fill out the required information. What do you dislike most about this product?
