What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how the platform works for users. After starting with a basic site from scratch, we produced pages that adhered to our corporate brand book and style rules in a matter of weeks. It evolved into a tactical internal communications tool that was completely linked with our Google Workspace collaboration suite and business apps. Not to mention, I'm completely smitten with no-code technologies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is a little high. We couldn't justify the cost of maintaining the solution because there weren't many employees using the platform, even though we were paying per user. Its customizability could be increased, and some custom implementations, like select drop-downs, require more flexibility.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this service to any business looking for a way to enhance internal communication because it is fantastic and quite simple to use. It boosts our job performance and value while providing us with numerous perks and high income for our business.

LumApps has assisted our client's internal communications teams to communicate more effectively, a target for communication, and foster conversations with international teams that would not have been able to collaborate otherwise. This assistance extends beyond the access and GSuite integration. It was really beneficial for everyone at all times.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The first thought that comes to mind when thinking about LumApps is its interface and usability; the fact that I can quickly create simple web pages and establish rules for communicating with my staff makes it ideal for me to fully utilize all of my company's potential. It also helps that it is an application that has received Google's endorsement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search engine of the tool we use the most, yet because it is so imprecise, it usually causes more problems than it solves. Having to spell words exactly as they appear in content titles or HTML content widgets while unaware of how the engine rates relevance for results as they appear.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Of course, anything made by Google is highly intriguing and attractive. I must admit it needs no improvement, and there are more effective intranet options available. I've invested too much in LumApps and recommend others to have it.

LumApps enables me to keep in touch with all of my employees in one central location that is simple to access and communicate on. It benefits my business by allowing communication to flow without hesitation. It performs well in even low internet connections.

LumApps is used to build our intranet and knowledge base. It works seamlessly with our Microsoft Suite of tools, including Teams and Stream. This integration is critical because it allows content creators to gather critical information from multiple sources. It also enables us to use a drag-and-drop content creation process and it also makes it easier to access older content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One, only and the main thing that needs work is the mobile app. The mobile app experience is built separately from the desktop version, requiring content creators to put in extra effort during the design process. When certain widgets are used, pages load slowly.

I heartily recommend Lumapps to any company looking for a platform to improve organizational communication; it is excellent and simple to use. Because of Lumapps, we have more optimal control of all responsibilities in our organization, allowing us to have a greater capacity of response while keeping the company together and well integrated.
