Klient PSA has been a game-changer for us. What sets it apart is its seamless integration with Salesforce, which allows us to view the sales pipeline alongside delivery work. This has helped us plan resources well in advance and transition smoothly from sales to project teams. The Resource Planner is invaluable, especially with our growing, multi-regional team. It lets us easily track who has capacity and who is overloaded, making real-time adjustments simple. Additionally, the revenue forecasting and weekly dashboards give us a clear, real-time view of our business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Klient PSA is the Resource Planner. It’s incredibly useful for managing a growing, multi-regional team. Being able to see who has capacity and who is overloaded in real time has made a huge difference in how we allocate resources and manage workloads. It’s a game-changer for optimizing team efficiency and ensuring we’re always prepared for upcoming projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

From a technical standpoint, Klient PSA excels in its integration capabilities, particularly with Salesforce, allowing for seamless data flow between CRM and PSA functionalities. However, one technical area for improvement would be the API customization. While the out-of-the-box integrations are robust, there could be more flexibility in customizing API endpoints for more complex business workflows or third-party integrations.
