What differentiates JotForm from other similar products?

I can edit survey templates and create surveys without having to code in anyway. This simplicity makes every survey campaign launched with the jotform platform, one simple , straightforward experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Vast integration with the most important solutions I cannot do without in the workplace, like Slack and Zoom. I have taken advantage of this to automate specific tasks as they relate to feedback collection on Zoom , Slack and every other key software solution I use at the workplace.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am just satisfied with Jotform. Meets my set of small needs from a survey creation / management perspective and provides a few more other benefits as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have mainly been using Jotform for feedback collection. But I have also used it to streamline and automate specific tasks such as scheduling appointments, for automatically collecting survey feedback and sharing to specific Slack channels. It goes beyond survey creation or survey feedback collection.

Fully automated Field Staff programme via Jotform

What differentiates JotForm from other similar products?

I can’t comment on any other e-form providers as I have only worked with Jotform, but what I can say, I think the system is very impressive. It has allowed us to automate a Field Staff programme that is almost completely automated, which has saved us a lot of admin in the background. We display a survey, the user completes and their application is either accepted or denied. If accepted they are sent a contract to sign via Docusign, once signed they enter our welcome programme via Klaviyo - all of which are fully automated

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with Klaviyo and Google Sheets is a nice touch and saved us a lot of time. I love the workflow area and find it has many great features. Being able to assign a customer journey to another member of staff is great also!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently on our payment plan, we only have one user account so all members of the team have to use the same login

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

So far our automated programme has been running smoothly for a few months now, with no hiccups. The support team at Jotform is great, there is access to a really great forum too. One aspect I would love is direct integration with Big Commerce, I believe there are currently ways to connect via Zapier but this doesn’t allow Customer Group modifications which would be really useful for us currently. Aside from that, we are so happy with the service we have received, it has helped us alot and we will definitely continue to use Jotform in the future
