What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The ability to quickly make a different workflow for various types of status and users. Well-integrated end-to-end suite of products that can be interlinked within the same ecosystem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Helps phenomenally with bug tracking Great project management tool Helps a lot with running scrums Very effective with generating reports and such

What do you dislike most about this product?

Poor mobile experience UI is a bit cluttered and takes time to work on Poor integration

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A very effective tool to use for Scrum Management, it has some limitations when accessed on mobile device. Make sure you do a trial first before going ahead with the subscription.

They clearly innovate and strive to maintain uptime

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cloud offering - much easier than maintaining your own on-prem variant

What do you dislike most about this product?

Innovation seems to lag at times, but they do a good job of delivering in big bunches. More incremental functionality would be nice, however.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try out a free demo and configure the product for your project needs

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It offers great integration with GitHub and allow to track the releases of different artifacts/components which helps to establish milestones and plan new features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration it offers with other products like Github and Slack

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is hard to configure the first time, after having everything in place, it works great

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your project is big, Jira is your tool. If your project is quite small, there are other tools that can work better for you
