Ease of use, both in tool parameterization and in daily use of the solution. Advanced knowledge is not required, meaning that any user with a different level of knowledge can use and operate it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the ease of integration with other solutions, in addition to the tool already having some native solutions, such as WhatsApp
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of possibility of customizing the front-end, in the public sector, visual identity is an important factor and not being able to customize this part is something that we don't really like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for an intuitive, easy-to-use tool and better user experience, this tool delivers it.
