Easy to set up and use, a little pricey

What differentiates IntelligenceBank DAM from other similar products?
It's ease of use and packages. I looked at a few different vendors and this was the most straightforward one I saw and they weren't trying to avoid questions I had.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The implementation was my favorite aspect of this product and the fact that we could have our partners get access to the site.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost is the thing I don't like. It got the job done but when it came time to renew they uped the prices.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great product to use especially if you have people outside your org that needs access to the DAM and with the approvals it makes it easy for one person to manage.

What differentiates IntelligenceBank DAM from other similar products?
Great customer service and a truly unique DIY template system that integrates our designs into easy, editable native files for our end users to fulfill projects. This saves our small design team many hours in creating simple deliverables systemwide.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The people we work with and how helpful they are to dive into problems and answer our questions truthfully.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there was faster updates regarding the template software. There are many features that would be helpful to users if added.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great price point for what it does for your organization. It is not just a DAM software, but fully customizable for your companies needs. Although it is an outside vendor, you can style the entire system to look and feel like your companies brand, very seamless. There are lots of features to choose from and really can fine-tune they system to work for our team and companies demands.

What differentiates IntelligenceBank DAM from other similar products?
Intelligencebank has a surprisingly wide breadth of offerings, from case entry and reporting dashboards, to website monitoring. The form builder made it easy to build customized repositories for different scenarios. The cost was also reasonable, even for the narrow, yet deep way my organization used it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I used Intelligencebank largely as a data repository. It was very useful to store data and case information as an ops team. It also made querying data from the repository easy for a team that wasn't experienced in database querying languages.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There were some quirks that I ran into when bulk uploading records. After using the software for a while, I was able to figure out the quirks and avoid them on most uploads though. I also was never able to fully figure out the permissions and had to grant high level access to most users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend it as a data repository for any team that needs a central place for case entry, and might not have a group with database querying abilities. The custom form builder is great, and although I used an external reporting tool, the dashboard functionality seemed like something that could provide a lot of value to an organization.
