What differentiates Human Risk Management from other similar products?

Terranova Security Awareness product is professional and easy to navigate for both IT and the end user. It has all the features needed that you can customize to your business needs and customer service is prompt and efficient. They are a forward thinking company and stay on top of security trends to allow a company to have robust security program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use, and the features to keep end users engaged.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the new available features within the admin portal are not easily intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Human Risk Management from other similar products?

The most significant and beneficial factor is cost. Terranova provides equal or better quality training at a fraction of the cost of bigger vendors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The phishing simulator

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to bulk delete users when creating phishing campaigns. You have the ability to assign users to managers. When you filter by manager, you will unavoidably add all of those users under that manager. Then you will have to remove each user. It is not a show stopper obviously but simply an enhancement I would like to see in the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great quality and reasonable cost.
