Software which fails to add business value!

What differentiates HROne HRMS from other similar products?
There is no such unique feature which is not available in other platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
UI is goods and makes it interesting to login and review the platform
What do you dislike most about this product?
For every action the process is very comples, HR team finds it very challenging to run the payroll and compute the compensation on time. There is lot of technicality involved in backend. The leave tracking is totally messed, every month it will show some high numbers in addition and subtraction which did not happen actually and will make you go crazy to find out how many actual leaves you took.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please consider other softwares available in market which should do your payroll processing in some clicks and should not eat 2-3 days of your productivity
