What differentiates Hiver from other similar products?
What makes Hiver stand out is the ability to create and share mailboxes for my team I can share folders with my managers, and customize folders.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that HIVER is easy to integrate with GMAIL, which makes it easy to view all my emails and messages on one platform rather than having to access a different web page or app. HIVER makes it easier for me to collaborate with my team to respond to customer requests. Assignment and re-assignment are simple tasks. The tags feature allows me to track things based on whatever data points I want, What I like mostly is the shared drafts option which allows my team and I to move things forward quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing about this software that I dislike
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this software for any organization who wants to fill the gap that Google Workspace falls short

What differentiates Hiver from other similar products?
It program allows for all our employees to have access to the same information without sharing email passwords as long as the email is linked to Hiver. it also us to distinguish between information shared from Customers to our employees without any mix up

It has helped our staff share, analyze & update information using one inbox.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the Analytics can be improved on

I would recommend it for organizations that deal with loads of information & data sharing on a regular basis

What differentiates Hiver from other similar products?
Our mail management improved a lot due to this Hiver software to manage our shared inboxes which are used for both internal (staff support tickets) and external (customer inquiries). It has now saved us hundreds of hours by providing us with a great overview and management of all incoming mails/tasks that need to be attended to which is very important at general levels.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The way we can manage support emails with more transparency is very useful for our mail mobilization as it also allows any email received by one team member to be easily created into a ticket to be dealt with by a wider group of team members who are working on and using the activity together. It really is a very easy and simple interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a good platform, but has a very high license cost for the service offered by which often is not very profitable because not everyone can afford it and there are multiple platforms that are free and you can do almost the same activities that we develop in this software which also lacks updates and better customizations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We recommend this software because of its easy learning curve which we test all products and evaluate them with the same criteria. Ease of use, integration, functions, central focus and Hiver scored the best apparently and our evaluations improved significantly due to this excellent program.
