What differentiates HelpDesk from other similar products?

Well, LiveChat HelpDesk differs from other software is that you won't wait much longer to chat with the agent to raise customers complaints. This is very detailed and will surely hit your complain. There are a lot of features that will help to solve the issue you want to resolve. The answers given to the customers are very accurate and clear.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is that they provide a lot of features to solve your concern. They will immediately solve the problem raised by customers. Very friendly to the newbie or new users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime when the internet is bad. It disconnect to the provider immediately.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this product to everyone which having difficulty in customer relationship management. This one is perfect.

Livechats integration abilities is unrivalled by any other helpdesk platform. Despite being a fantastic platform by default, we have successfully created new use-cases by simply integrating with third party business software solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Livechat provides a multi-channel approach to customer engagement. We are not just communicating with customers on the website, but we are successfully initiating conversations on our social media pages and even on third party messenger platforms like WhatsApp.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about Livechat or my experience with it. It is always a perfect ten.
