What differentiates HelpDesk from other similar products?

Livechat embeds with our most preferred social media channels. The benefit of this for my team , is that our customers can initiate chat communication with us across Facebook, Instagram , Twitter and on the messenger platforms - Whatsapp and Telegram.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Getting to chat with customers across a variety of devices ( desktop and mobile phone ) endears me more to Livechat. Like to think this is because cross-platform access to Livechat makes engaging customers possible anywhere i find myself.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Exclusively used to engage with customers across multiple chat channels and social media platforms, there isn't a part of Livechat right now, that i can claim to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Livechat is a complete software , which i think has expanded how quickly potential sales prospects and customers can reach my team, for customer service engagement.

What differentiates HelpDesk from other similar products?

The level of automation that Livechat brings into our engagement with customers is simply unprecedented, from my professional experience. Livechats automation has brought inter-connectivity between Livechat and key software tools used regularly within my department and company as a whole. The above has led to more sales conversion and helped my department to build long term relationships with customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Livechat integrates with every other platform we use for engagement with customers, like our social media handles , and successfully integrates everything into a single box , making correspondence with customers a lot coordinated and efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I make bold to say that Livechat is a flawless helpdesk solution , as far as organizing our chat-styled engagements with customers is concerned.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For a streamlined customer engagement platforms, across key messaging platforms , Livechat is the tool to go for.
