What differentiates Epicor Grow from other similar products?

Epicor has spatial and map insights, it helps us to answer question like where are our highest revenue customers located, it is an excellent feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Grow has strong built-in security, we don't share sensitive info with people who shouldn't have access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Epicor Grow is useful but it works best when data is structured and clean. It doesn't give you option for data cleaning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Epicor Grow is powerful enough for data analysts and also can be used by non technical users, go for this software if you're looking for insightful software.

What differentiates Epicor Grow from other similar products?

Grow keeps historical snapshots so that I can compare past performance even if the source system changes later.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect about it is I can create a shared KPI library so my team can reuse same library instead of starting from scratch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not user-friendly and sometimes it consumes alot computer resources.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to companies that need consistent KPIs across their teams.

What differentiates Epicor Grow from other similar products?

The most important thing that makes Epicor Grow special from other tools has built-in data modeling tools compared to other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Even with millions of rows, Epicor Grow returns results quickly as long as data models are set properly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My main challenge is visualization, although it is present but it is very basic compared to other industry tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to organisations that need clear and fast insights, it is easy to use and it is functional.
