Greenhouse basically brings in all the interview feedbacks, ratings, profiles and their relevant details in a single place. Helps me shortlist and get interview scheduled without multiple touchpoints with the recruitment team. Makes mine and the recruitment teams life simpler

The ease of tracking the entire lifecycle and the fact that I dont have to manually follow up about statuses of interviews from stakeholders.

The UI should be a little better.
