It gives both security and automation in one place. We don’t need to use multiple tools for file transfer and workflows.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It supports many protocols and works with both cloud and on-prem systems, which is very helpful for our setup. Also, the tracking and logs are very detailed, so we can easily see what is happening
What do you dislike most about this product?
Setup feels bit complex in the beginning. It takes some time to understand all features and configure properly. Also, the UI feels a bit old and not very modern, so sometimes it is not very intuitive to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take some time to properly understand the setup and plan your workflows, because it can feel complex at first. Also, make sure you know your file transfer needs clearly (like protocols, integrations, etc.) so you can use the tool better.
