There is a lot to learn, and there are some discrepancies in operation; some of the dashboards are difficult to use, and configuring them to present important information can be challenging. When adopted at volume, this product can be costly. Furthermore, customization is more difficult, and the documentation does not always flow smoothly, the end-to-end seam is sometimes too deep, and it is difficult to understand where the pure path begins and ends.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dynatrace is the most preferred APM since it allows us to view all the way down to the code level, allowing us to readily detect errors and weaknesses affecting our applications' end users. We can quickly examine a visual replay of actual end-user sessions using session replay, while all performance indicators are automatically benchmarked and alerted to abnormalities with little or no setting. Dynatrace has rapidly become our preferred monitoring tool, and it is helping us replace numerous outdated technologies that have failed to develop and stay up with new technology.
