The Degreed Learning Experience Platform (LXP) is designed to engage employees and build skills fast. Degreed LXP provides a lifelong learning and skill-building platform for enterprise companies. Within it, the workforce can track content consumption across platforms, document skill growth on individual profiles, and find mentors to aid upskilling. Meanwhile, administrators can create unique learning Plans and Pathways to help employees explore specific topics, see real-time learning and skills data, and use workflow automation to keep learners on track.

What differentiates Degreed LXP from other similar products?

It has a clean and intuitive UX/UI, I use it frequently to hire new employees and it makes the onboarding process flow smoothly. It offers multiple integrations. Accessing courses or material is really easy, offers very responsive expert support. It's affordable and setup is a snap.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can access courses or material easily, the reports are very detailed, it is very easy to use, the interface is very flexible and provides detailed information on the learning that each employee has obtained by accessing their profiles.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My experience with the use of this platform has been very positive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pathgather is an efficient platform with easy access to multiple learning platforms.
