How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Copper has been the most intuitive, user-friendly client management system that I've used. I also find it to be quite reliable since it rarely if ever crashes or has issues. I love how easy it is to use all its features and I find that training isn't really needed since it's so easy to figure out. When there are issues, their technical support is very knowledgable and quick to help fix any issues.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite is how the mobile version allows me to be able to work on the go. It's very intuitive and easy to use. I also love that there is an extension that can be added to your browser so that Copper can integrate with my work email, allowing me to work more efficiently. This is by car my favorite client management application.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only con I have is not for the product itself but for the extension. It's lovely to be able to integrate it within Google Mail so that emails sync up and tasks can be added from my email tab, however in all the years I've used the extension, there isn't a way to unlink an email from Copper. I've accidentally linked an email to the wrong person, project or opportunity and once it's linked, it's linked forever. I wish there was a way to undo that since the only fix is to go into copper and delete the email from the person/project/opportunity. It then leaves a "deleted email" field which just doesn't feel right.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Copper is used both by our sales team as well as all administrative clerks in our office. It works in helping employees be efficient and organized in different roles, not just sales. I've used many other software and as a legal assistant, this is by far my favorite to use.
