There are a few things that differentiate CludedIn from other similar products, to name a few, it provides Knowledge Graph Based recommendation, streamlines communication process and also it has very unique features for SDK releases which provides very good user experiences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favourite aspect of this product is the Knowledge Graph based recommendation feature which is top notch features that not many company use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its very costly for small company, and not all features are usable by all companies, so may be cluedin can think about providing requested features instead of giving all features to all the users.

I would recommend people to first try out all products available in market and then decide which product to go for based on your individual requirements.
