What differentiates ClickSend from other similar products?
We chose to begin utilizing ClickSend for two primary reasons. It is a simple platform for sending SMS. We simply join up, import our contact list and our users begin creating campaigns, without any need to set up anything, much like an email advertising tool. The other reason is pricing for SMS, which has been one of the lowest on the market, and it becomes cheaper as you purchase more. I can run SMS campaigns securely and ethically without fear of my company number getting reported as spam. I was able to check the outcomes of the SMS marketing, which provided me with a lot of information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I admire how simple it would be to develop and execute SMS marketing. Far more entertaining was watching the outcomes using the record and monitoring choices. I simply can't praise much regarding customer support. They are accessible to talk to and are highly knowledgeable and friendly all the time. Everything regarding our ClickSend texting platform is fantastic. It is simple to create and remove address books, and ClickSend covers it all in terms of a simple program to link. ClickSend is the greatest solution in terms of convenience and affordability. It also includes interaction with Zapier, which opens up endless possibilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing I can grumble about is that ClickSend staff will accept or disapprove your Text messages, and mostly they are approved rapidly. However, it has happened to me that I arranged a marketing strategy and thought it was sent, but when I sign in, it was quite annoying that the campaign wouldn't be sent since it wasn't accepted. In 90% of situations, the answer is that we neglected to add an opt-out in the communication. Another feature I dislike is the possibility to swiftly remove people from lists. It may take up to 5-6 minutes for every new list to delete unwanted opt-outs, but that's the only problem we've seen.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Choose ClickSend as your SMS advertising provider without a doubt! They're amazing! I would strongly suggest ClickSend to every big organization trying to increase their customer communications relationship.

What differentiates ClickSend from other similar products?
The company I currently work at have been using ClickSend since the beginning, when I came here, I was so relieved and happy to see a platform that does its job very well and in such an easy way. It took me no longer than a few days to learn. It is affordable and reliable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ClickSend is simple and amazing. It comes with lots of features like, planning, management, bar code scanning, and last but not the least, it is its messaging feature, which is top-notch. It works well for the basic needs and advanced needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a few features that are missing and we would really like their edition here to enhance the platform. For example, the email monitoring and call recording is not available. Which means that it is lacking in these arears that can be enhanced with an upgrade.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If we take a look at its overall view, it is perfect. It sends the SMS in perfect manners, it is easy to install and very easy to use. The best part is its pricing, very affordable.
