Easy to implement and good customer support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Reports and the integration to show any gaps.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We do not have IT support internally to build out the new features and reports. It's easy to use, but not that easy to build out new modules without support from CL360.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have CL360 build out the modules up front and do not wait to do it later.

This is a no code tool which will help us in creating our own modules and very easy to modify them as well.
