What differentiates Certinia FM Cloud from other similar products?

I believe similar products use FF as their gauge for what to provide.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting and data integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most frustrating aspect are both Salesforce and Financial Force updates creating havoc in our custom setup. We have many scripts and actions that get screwed up when updates occur. This week we were unable to create Journals or edit them and our ability to send invoices was removed. Our controller's permission to post invoices was knocked out. Page layouts changed, removing action buttons we had customized to do our daily job functions. As the IT Guru, this is puzzling and infuriating, because what is supposed to be new "features" or improvements have the opposite effect on our daily business functionality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be very specific when creating any customization, and document EXACTLY what you are implementing. Our instance was set up by my predecessor, who was very knowledgeable, but relied on outside experts to actually do much of the heavy customization. Then he retired, and he had ZERO notes or documentation of any kind to share.
