Budgeting and predictions feel more integrated as Certinia supports our financial strategy quite well. It’s been so easy to explain numbers to stakeholders now. The presence of a cash management tool is effective for sure. Moreover, I never imagined that managing AP and AR would be this much easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that accounts payable integrates so smoothly. I can literally customize reports without needing IT help. I appreciate having visibility into intercorporate transactions and being able to access the system remotely. It adjusts itself quite well to our business needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have felt lags in real-time syncing at certain points. Also, the multi-entity reporting is not as flexible as I expected it to be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's surely the best tool if you work across currencies and countries, the intercompany and consolidation feature is very effective for multi-entity organizations.

My favorite aspect of Certijia FM Cloud is its unified, Salesforce native . I like how it bridges the gap Between finance and operations it's helps me and the platform doesn't just track numbers it also connect financial performance to customer contracts, project delivery and revenue streams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is drawback is that some highly customised reporting or financial scenario may require additional configuration or support . It's is challenging for me that's thing I don't like and also Certinia FM Cloud is initial learning curve.
