BambooHR comes with numerous functions; all basic as well as advanced. It is available and supported in the whole globe and you can use it to manage your employees for national as well as multinational companies. You can easily learn and use this one and always be notified about your work status in here.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The worldwide acclaimed and famed HR system is one of the premium and top choice for HR managers and highly repute companies in all of their hiring process. The system is not just user friendly for employers but also it is easy for prospects to fill, apply, and track their applications. It cut down all the trouble of this whole process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Well, it is a platform that is helping people globally but when it comes to global pricing, the rates can get a little bit more high resulting many companies to consider the budget. This can be reduced by offering fixed prices or prices according to countries.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
National or international, big or small, if you want it and can easily afford it, you should not even think twice, it is one of the most perfect HR solution online platform. The process is simple and understandable by everyone. It is completely organized and perfect in all ways.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Bamboo HR is a user-friendly platform for centralizing all of an organization's personnel data. From their interests to where they live, everything is covered. The paperwork that is necessary for their long-term employment with the firm. People may also go back and see how much they've earned and how much they've been promoted. We have the ability to quickly and easily manage our vacation time. We offer paid and unpaid parental leave, as well as other benefits.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In addition to being employer-friendly, Bamboo is also user-friendly because it's so simple to use. Everything is done automatically, which saves time and money. Being able to securely transfer and save documents for employees across the country is a huge advantage for any company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Note: I believe that a more user-friendly mobile version is possible. As far as HR functions go, I believe there are a lot more that can be done to make BambooHR a 360-degree platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Employees can use BambooHR to keep track of their employment history, including their interests, salary rates, time off, maternity leave, birthdays and anniversaries, and check who is currently out of the office. In addition, it is excellent at integrating with our calendars and displaying this data elsewhere. When it comes to tracking employee satisfaction, it falls short.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Using BambooHR your HR department can implement almost every aspect of team life: from employee onboarding to any kind of bonus system. Atm I can't compare to another similar product (like SageHR for example), but Bamboo contains too many features to establish team life at its finest
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All the pulse of the company: calendar (who's in, who's out, who took remote day), all the documents for inner purposes, stuff onboarding, bonus system, structure of management and responsibility – at one platform. We saved a lot of time when implemented BambooHR with all the processes automatization it provides
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our HR department was unable to implement money bonus system, it worked in the same way as day off (vacation, extra, illness) requests worked. As far as I know, the solutions hasn't added yet
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try kick-off session with BambooHR customer success team. They will answer every question you have and help to combine optimal subscription plan for your organization
