This puts Asana in the position, as the single source of truth for project collaboration in my company. Unlike other tools that I used in the past, Asana encompasses a wide range of collaboration features, including file sharing for PDFs, JPGs, Google Docs, and more. This comprehensive approach eliminates the need for multiple software applications, streamlining the workflow and reducing complexity for users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana offers me the flexibility to customize my dashboard to suit my team's specific needs. If I prefer a more minimalist approach or want to display more information on my screen, I can temporarily hide the navigational features. This customization option empowers me to create a workspace that aligns perfectly with my project workflow, enhancing both my comfort and the productivity of my team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana's user interface is primarily designed for larger screens, which does make it challenging to use on mobile devices through its app. Additionally, there is currently no feature available to set the calendar view as the default option for project management activities on the Asana mobile application.
