What differentiates Agiloft Platform from other similar products?
Rolling out new tools across ops is usually where momentum goes to die. Agiloft DAP helped us avoid that. We brought it in when we expanded our internal service management tooling and onboarding fatigue was creeping in. Instead of long Loom videos or outdated Confluence pages, we embedded guidance directly into the live apps our team already used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What keeps me coming back to it is how precisely it reacts to user behaviour. The rules around who sees what and when are sharp. We used it heavily during a workflow redesign for our change management process. Junior analysts got guardrails. Senior ops leads saw lightweight nudges instead of hand holding
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are moments where you wish the analytics were less rigid. Some reports take more effort than they should to slice by role or department.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From an operations perspective, it paid off by reducing friction rather than adding another tool to manage. Faster onboarding. Fewer process errors. Less noise for senior staff. I usually recommend it to peers who already know their processes are solid but struggle with adoption and consistency

What differentiates Agiloft Platform from other similar products?
This is hard to say as I don't have direct experience with other products but believe it is more configurable than some other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is pretty intuitive to build a workflow in the product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes a while to get used to where each input tool is when you are building a workflow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to get a hands on demo and poke around in a test environment so you can see that it can do what you want it to do
